Each Soul Sister piece is designed and produced in small batches with intention and care. Please review our return policy carefully before placing your order.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions.

Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. All original tags must be attached. Items must be free of scent, deodorant, make up, or damage. Item(s) must be returned in its original packaging. items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Final Sale Items

Sale or discounted items, promotional purchases, limited edition or archival pieces. Accessories, hats and fragrances. Bodysuits, swimwear, and intimate items (for hygiene reasons)

Exchanges

We currently offer size exchanges only, subject to availability. Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery. If the requested size is unavailable, a store credit will be issued

Approved returns are issued as store credit only. Store credit never expires. Original shipping fees are non- refundable. We use DDP (delivered duty paid ) shipping to ensure transparent pricing all charges are paid upfront.

International Orders

International shipping costs are non refundable. Duties taxes and import fees paid at checkout are non refundable. We use DDP (delivered duty paid) shipping to ensure transparent pricing all charges are paid upfront.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is deemed defective or incorrect we recommend using a trackable shipping service as soul sister since 1969 is not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments

Refused or unclaimed packages

Packages that are refused or not claimed will not be eligible for refunds or store credit.
