Return Eligibility
Returns accepted within 14 days. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, scent and makeup free, with original tags and packaging.
Final Sale Items
Sale or discounted items, promotional purchases, limited edition or archival pieces. Accessories, hats and fragrances. Bodysuits, swimwear, and intimate items (for hygiene reasons)

Size exchanges accepted within 14 days, subject to availability. Returns receive non expiring store credit. Original shipping is non refundable. DDP duties and taxes are paid upfront.

Each order is thoughtfully prepared with care and attention to detail. Orders typically ship within 5–7 business days from our Vancouver studio.
U.S. and International Orders
International shipping costs are non refundable.
Duties, Taxes & Import Fees (U.S. Orders)
All applicable duties and taxes are included in your total at checkout. With DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping, your order arrives with no additional import fees due upon delivery.
Customs & Delivery Delays
All U.S. orders are subject to customs clearance. While most shipments arrive without issue, customs processing may occasionally cause delays that are beyond our control.
Soul Sister Since 1969 is not responsible for customs delays or for any duties, taxes, or import fees assessed by U.S. customs authorities.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is deemed defective or incorrect we recommend using a trackable shipping service as soul sister since 1969 is not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments
