Shipping Policy

We are proud to ship Soul Sister since 1969 orders worldwide. Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-5 days (excluding weekends and holidays.) Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

During high-volume periods, launches or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Duties, Taxes & Import Fees (International Orders)

For shipments outside of Canada, all applicable duties, customs fees and import taxes are calculated and charged at checkout.

We use DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping, which means you pay the full cost upfront at checkout. No additional fees will be charged upon delivery. No surprise customs charges or courier collection fees. This ensures complete pricing transparency and smooth delivery experience.

Customs & Delays

While DDP shipping covers duties and taxes, customs processing times may still vary by country. Soul Sister since 1969 is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Soul Sister since 1969 is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend contacting the carrier directly with your tracking information.
